PLEASE NOTE: A number of updated service plugins have been attached below. You must install Utopia as usual and then download NewPlugins.zip ZIP file. This zip archive contains four plugin files (blast.py, uniprot_fetch.py, interpro_das.py and _DASCommon.py) into /usr/local/lib/utopia/python/.

There are two versions of the Linux binary available for download: one that includes a copy of the Qt 4.2.2 libraries, and one without them. If you already have Qt version 4.2.* installed, you can choose the latter of these two files (the "noqt" version) and UTOPIA will use your native system libraries. If you do not already have Qt version 4.2.* installed, you should choose the first of these files.
